Cultural events in Santa Croce

Some areas of the monumental complex may be available to host cultural events that have an affinity with the identity and artistic and spiritual heritage of Santa Croce. The use of these spaces must be in full compliance with the site conservation requirements, and the events have to be free of charge for the public.

In view of the planning of activities already underway for 2025/2026 and the concomitance with renovation works to the visit route, requests for use of spaces must be submitted within 90 days of the start date of the proposed initiative, in order to carry out the events in compliance with current regulations and necessary organizational time.

Requests should be sent via email to eventi@santacroceopera.it providing the following information:

  • name, legal nature and tax code of the applicant. If the request is submitted by an intermediary, the Opera must have direct contact with the promoting entity, even if the intermediary assumes the organizational responsibility of the event;
  • name of the contact person for the event organisation complete with relevant personal data, telephone number and e-mail address;
  • description and programme of the event;
  • indication of the spaces requested;
  • period of use requested, with indication of the day and time of start and end of the event taking into account any set-up/disassembly time;
  • any requirements for additional technical equipment or furnishings;
  • indication of any institutional patronage or collaboration, contributions or sponsorship from third parties in support of the initiative.
